JW Winco has its own in-house machining facility, this provides an advantage for our customers to take an idea and create a unique customized solution through the choice of using one of our standard parts. The requirements for either modifying or altering our products is carried out by a reliable and competent team of technical sales and engineering people.

Winco develops and produces not only customized solutions, but will offer stocking on demand if required.

Depending on requirements, customized components are made by cost-effectively adapting an existing standard part, or by means of an entirely new design.

A unique variety of different production methods and an adaptable, customer-driven approach, allow our standard parts to easily be modified in quantities as low as one piece, but can also be customized in relatively small quantities. 

Winco does more than develop and manufacture customized standard parts. If required, Winco will manage on-call inventories, guaranteeing economical lot or batch sizes, favorable prices and a high level of supply availability.
